Due to the current coronavirus 2019-nCoV epidemic, according to the notice of the State Council and local government in China, Chinese officials have extended the New Year holiday to keep people at home in an effort to contain the spread of the deadly coronavirus. MEAN WELL Guangzhou and Suzhou factories will cooperate with the epidemic prevention and implementation of relevant measures. MEAN WELL group's branch offices and factories shall have following adjustments:

1. The normal working hours of Taipei headquarters and Taiwan factories on Thursday, January 30 will not be affected.
2. MEAN WELL Guangzhou and Huadu factory will extend the New Year holiday in 2020 to February 9, and is expected to return to work on February 10 (Monday).
3. MEAN WELL Suzhou and Suzhou factory will extend the New Year holiday in 2020 to February 9, and is expected to return to work on February 10 (Monday).
4. From now on, the production lead time is adjusted to 45 days. It is expected to gradually return to normal 30 days by Q2 of 2020. However if there is immediate inventory, MEAN WELL can still make early delivery.

During this period, MEAN WELL will continue to pay close attention and cooperate with Chinese official policy, monitor factory workforce and material supply chain status in mainland China. MEAN WELL will also update the relevant information on its website once a week. If you have any questions, please contact your sales representative.
