The ceremony of 32nd Taiwan Excellence Awards took place yesterday (12/6) afternoon at the Taipei International Convention Center. MEAN WELL was selected for its contribution to global environmental protection, energy conservation and carbon reduction issues with the "ERG-5000/CMU2 High-Efficiency Grid-Connected Aging Test System and Power Management Solution". This project received favorable reviews from the judges and was honored with the Taiwan Excellence Award for 2024.

 

The Taiwan Excellence Awards is awarded annually through rigorous selection based on professional criteria, recognizing products that demonstrate "innovative value." These products serve as role models for the Taiwanese industry and enjoying a high reputation in the international market, inspiring and shaping Taiwan's image of industrial innovation. For this aging test, MEAN WELL employs an innovative design of a 4-channel 5KW energy recovery grid-type inverter; this inverter is capable of recycling energy during the production aging process and integrating it into the power grid to meet energy-saving and power-saving needs.
